SKYBOUND CAPITAL OFFICE

This was an exciting renovation of two old existing buildings, which were completely revamped on the exterior and interior, creating an Office / Showroom.  The main building is made up of reception area, board room, staff mess room, 5 x toilets, 4 x private offices and 1 x open office. The 2nd building, which has been connected by an external bridge and staircase, consists of an Entrance / Internal staircase area for clients and a large 1st floor showroom, to showcase the clients gym related products and water filtration systems. De la Haye Interiors was involved throughout the whole process from designing lighting and electrical plans, partition / door designs, toilet designs, floor plan layouts, staircase designs etc... all the way to the furniture, decor and signage. The overall feel of the design encapsulates a new modern aesthetic, with an industrial look and feel, enhanced by plants to add natural elements to the space.
